Racibor & Smudosi – Gremo na demo Revisited
The finalists of Rijeka's first Gremo na demo battle of the bands return to River Pub, starting with contest winners Racibor from Pazin and Rijeka's Smudosi.
The first edition of the Gremo na demo battle of the bands ran at River Pub from April to June 2026. Each band played a 30-minute set of original songs, and the audience, a jury and the host all voted. Racibor from Pazin won the June final, while Rijeka's Smudosi reached it by winning the opening night on April 18.
Racibor are Antonio Juričić (guitar, vocals), Mauro Kalac (bass, vocals) and David Kalac (drums), and they describe their sound as a melodic punk mix of Pula, Rijeka and ex-Yugoslav punk. According to River Pub's autumn programme, the other finalists should play during November.
The start time and entry price have not been announced yet; the link leads to the programme announcement in Novi list. The same night, Kraljevi Termiti and Lorelei play Klub Palach, and our guide to Rijeka's rock scene covers the city's band history.
